Positioned to Share God’s Goodness !

February 23, 2016

“Fear looks; Faith jumps. If I leave you as I found you, I am not God’s channel. I am not here to entertain you but to get you to the place where you can laugh at the impossible, to believe and to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”  —Smith Wigglesworth

I cant help but be inspired, encouraged and challenged by this simple statement by Smith Wigglesworth. The thing that is most provoking for me is the fact that in such a short statement he has set a standard we should all pursue if we are trully going to be carriers of His  presence and be used to transform, lives, communities and nations.

When we enter a room the atmosphere changes, the impossible now becomes possible because the Presence, Glory and Goodness of God have entered with us. 1st John 4:17 says as He is so are we in this world. We know Christ is in us and if we listen to the voice of God that indwells in us we can and should make sure that every one we meet with can have an encounter with God as we are His Channel.

We should never leave someone as we found them as Smith says.

my prayer is that we continually position ourselves in a way that we are hear and moving as the Holy Spirit directs us to see every person we encounter experience the Goodness of God..

Blessings Steve

John 15:16New  (NKJV)

16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

Matthew 4:23 (NKJV)

23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
